The Fashion Brand Playbook is a digital product with instant access after payment. Because the full content is delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable.

If you were charged twice, did not receive access, or received a corrupted file, email hello@fashionbrandplaybook.com with your payment reference. Duplicate payments are refunded in full, and access issues are resolved as a priority.
